Green algae is once again visible at the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool in Washington, DC, just days after a multimillion dollar renovation project ordered by President Donald Trump finished. The Interior Department said the algae was “residual” and from supply lines that were dormant during eight weeks of construction.
