Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4, ultrawide camera. Samsung phones generally oversaturate images, and that's evident here in the sky. It's still a great shot though.

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4, Portrait mode. The white balance is a bit off here and some of the detail on my pup's face is not as sharp as I'd like. The blur effect also didn't quite work here and doesn't accurately identify my dog's outline.

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4, Night mode. You can take some decently sharp shots with nice colors in low light if you stand still enough with Samsung's Night mode. It only works on still objects, though.

Google Pixel 6 Pro, Night Sight. The Pixel image is much sharper—just look at some of the text on the cart—and the colors are much more accurate, with accurate white balance.

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4, main camera. The sky is unnaturally blue and overall this blue tone affects the whole image. On its own, it looks good. But compare it with the following Pixel photo.

Google Pixel 6 Pro, main camera. The sky looks more “normal” here, and the clouds have a bit more definition as Google has retained more contrast. The colors of the brick buildings and even the ground pop out a bit more too.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4, telephoto camera. The white balance is a little off, and details are just OK—they're not the sharpest. The grass on the lawn looks too green. Compare this with the following Pixel image.

Google Pixel 6 Pro, telephoto camera. The Pixel can zoom a smidge closer, but it also maintains great color temperature and white balance. The colors of the trees and leaves look more natural, and it's overall much sharper.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4, telephoto camera. Samsung loves to sap away shadows and over-brighten images, and there's no better example than if you compare this photo of Abe with the following one.

Google Pixel 6 Pro, telephoto camera. Because this photo maintains a lot more contrast, it appears more detailed and gives Abraham Lincoln more depth.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4, ultrawide group photo. You can make the front screen of either the Fold4 or Flip4 turn into a preview so you can make sure everyone is in the shot without having to sacrifice the image quality by using a selfie camera. I used the Fold4's ultrawide camera here in this low-light setting and it actually came out pretty well.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4, main camera. Samsung's phone likes to oversaturate, which isn't always a bad thing. It gave this otherwise muted dish a bit more color.
