OnePlus Nord N30 5G, main camera. When the lighting isn't too harsh, the OnePlus Nord N30 can snap up some solid shots. It picked up the pet hair on my dog pretty well here, though it can stand to brighten up his eyes and nose a tiny bit more instead of leaving them completely black.

OnePlus Nord N30 5G, main camera with Night mode. Compare this with the following photo. There's a slight blur here due to my shaky hands, but it's a decent image considering how dark it was. The colors are a little oversaturated but the shadows have largely been preserved.

Moto G Stylus 5G, main camera with Night Vision. Motorola has sapped much of the shadows away to brighten the image as much as possible, giving it an unnatural look. It's also a smidge blurry, but the OnePlus photo is a hair sharper.

OnePlus Nord N30 5G, main camera. It was a cloudy day, but the OnePlus clearly couldn't compensate for the bright sky. It's overblown, and many of the buildings are also far too bright.

OnePlus Nord N30 5G, Portrait mode. There's a 2-MP camera to assist with depth in Portrait mode shots, and it does a solid job here. My dog is sharp throughout, with a nice bokeh effect in the background.

OnePlus Nord N30 5G, main camera with Night mode. Compare this photo with the following one. Here's a scene where the Motorola phone is actually slightly sharper than the OnePlus. The colors on the OnePlus image are also a little off, with a reddish hue throughout.

OnePlus Nord N30 5G, 3X zoom. There's no optical 3X zoom but the default digital “lossless” zoom on the Nord N30 can be hit or miss. Here, it's a miss. There's no optical image stabilization so it produces blurry results. This is my third try, and the players are poorly defined, and everything looks blotchy.

OnePlus Nord N30 5G, 3X zoom. If you can stand a little more still, the 3X zoom can work a little better, though its results still look over-sharpened.

OnePlus Nord N30 5G, macro camera. There's a 2-MP macro camera and I found it fairly useless. I tried to take this picture of these flower buds and the result is just overblown highlights, along with lackluster detail and sharpness.

OnePlus Nord N30 5G, 3X zoom. Here's another decent option at 3X zoom. It still has a bit of over-sharpening, but the colors are nice, and it's pretty detailed.

OnePlus Nord N30 5G, selfie camera. The 16-megapixel selfie camera can maintain pretty nice details but it suffers with high-contrast scenes. Here, it over-brightened my face, and struggled with the bright background. My facial features are sharp though\!
