OnePlus 11 Camera Samples
Featured in this article

OnePlus 11, macro. There's some stunning detail captured here in this macro shot, which automatically turns on when you point the camera at a super-close subject. The colors are pleasant, and I just love how sharp it is.

OnePlus 11, main camera. The colors are slightly accentuated here, my partner's face isn't that reddish, but I still really like the colors and detail in this photo.

OnePlus 11, 2X optical zoom. There's a telephoto camera offering some additional versatility and it can snap some solid shots, though it has its issues. Do you see the color of the tree branches on the top left? They're purple.

OnePlus 11, main camera. Compare this photo with the following one. The OnePlus 11 ignores the sunlight from the window and casts the whole photo in one type of light, producing an image that's perhaps a little too yellow. The colors are also exaggerated too, my throw isn't *that* orange-red. The focus is also soft on my dog's face, likely because he moved a little.

Photograph: Julian Chokkattu05Google Pixel 7, main camera. The Pixel photo is a little more balanced, tossing in the sunlight from the kitchen window. It's also the sharper picture overall.
Photograph: Julian Chokkattu06OnePlus 11, Nightscape main camera. Compare this shot with the following photo. Here's where the spectrometer on the OnePlus might be doing some good work. It accurately conveys the orange lights that I saw here at Madison Square Garden for the Knicks game.
Photograph: Julian Chokkattu07Google Pixel 7, Night Sight main camera. The Pixel's color is a little more red than orange. I think if you were a Knicks fan, you might be disappointed about that.
Photograph: Julian Chokkattu08OnePlus 11, Night Sight main camera. Compare this photo with the following one. The OnePlus 11 photo is slightly sharper overall, and it accurately grabs the color temperature from the street light. However, I think it might have extended it a bit too much throughout the photo.
Photograph: Julian Chokkattu09Google Pixel 7, Night Sight main camera. The Pixel image isn't as sharp but I think there's a little more nuance in the colors here.
Photograph: Julian Chokkattu10OnePlus 11, Nightscape selfie. The OnePlus 11 can often produce sharper photos compared to its Samsung and Google peers when you flip the camera on your face, however, skin tone isn't still as accurate as the Google Pixel. It also tries to illuminate your face a little too much.
Photograph: Julian Chokkattu11Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, Night mode selfie. You can see more shadows in this image, and while it also messes up my skin tone a bit here, you can see what changes the OnePlus phone was making. It's also a smidge blurry, likely because my hand moved.
Photograph: Julian Chokkattu12OnePlus 11 ultrawide Nightscape. The ultrawide makes a strong showing here with a sharp image with pleasant colors.
Photograph: Julian Chokkattu13Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, ultrawide Night mode. This photo is a bit too bright and I like the colors on the OnePlus a little more.
Photograph: Julian Chokkattu14OnePlus 11, Nightscape main camera. The following three photos are of the same scene and the OnePlus underperformed. The skin tones aren't accurate and the photo isn't as sharp.
Photograph: Julian Chokkattu15Google Pixel 7, main camera Night Sight. The colors are much more pleasing here and while the color temperature isn't *as* yellow as it was in real life, it's still well-balanced. It's not as sharp as the Samsung photo though.
Photograph: Julian Chokkattu16Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, main camera Night mode. It's much sharper overall and I really like how the colors are distinct, even if they are a little exaggerated.
