    Dutch architecture firm MVRDV designed a new building for Vienna. It's called the Turm mit Taille building, which means “tower with waist."

    Ten of the lower floors are stacked and swiveled around. It's designed to work around local building regulations that prevent developers from building anything higher than 75 meters (about 250 feet).

    By twisting around those ten floors, MVRDV found a way to stay within the two hour shadow rule. That is, the surrounding buildings won't stay stuck in the shade all day because of the new tower.
