These are a special edition in Kevlar and not available (yet) for the public. A pair in green has been requested and they'll cost about $4,500.00 direct from Mad Fiber.

__*Fancy Footwork:*__ These lace-up cycling shoes in natural leather are just waiting for a fine patina to develop. They're an old roller-skate version of the Empire, which was developed for Taylor Phinney. They're headed for production and will set you back $275.

__*Not Your Dad's WD-40:*__ (left) This is not the lubricant in the big, blue can you use on that squeaky screen door, but slippery stuff formulated specifically for cyclists to use in dry and wet conditions. A 4 ounce bottle sells for $8.99. Look for it in shops soon. __*Stages Cycling Power Meter:*__ This crank arm-based power meter could revolutionize the market with its rock-bottom price point and and excellent accuracy. Look for it this fall with a sticker price of $699 for the left crank arm. That's hundreds less than its competitors.

__*More Cowbell!*__ Seriously! Who doesn't want more cowbell and a silly trade show hat? Interbike drew more than 25,000 people, an increase of 10 percent over last year. Most of them shook cowbells of all sizes at CrossVegas, a cyclocross race held the week of the show.

__*Sole Fixie with Pollock paint:*__ Swirly drip paint makes this fixed-gear more stylish than most. Sole was started by two USC students who wanted to build a better bike. Three years later, they've succeeded. Soles are made of steel and cost $379 complete.

__*Chrome Niko:*__ This camera bag from Chrome has changed how we travel with gear. It's compact, minimalist and stylish with a signature safety belt buckle. It's available from Chrome stores and online for $109. A version that'll fit a laptop ships this fall.

__*Thule Panniers:*__ Thule's new Pack 'n Pedal panniers feature an innovative mount with iPad holder and magnets. They cost $99 for the touring rack, $89 for the sport rack, and the large panniers are $139. Find them at outdoor retailers. Expect them to sell out, too.

__*Cinderella Shoes from Vittoria:*__ After a long search of the trade show floor, we finally found our shoes for the ball and they're Vittoria Shoes Super CNS MTB. Handmade in leather and shipped here from Italy, you can find them at your local bike shop for $315.

__*Phat Cyclists Stretch Cruiser:*__ This baby's made to cruise your nearest boardwalk. It's made of aluminum and you can have it with one speed or three. It's in shops now starting at $849.

__*Pegoretti Frescos:*__ Master framebuilder Dario Pegoretti builds beautiful bicycles, then applies a hand-painted fresco. Riding his handmade steel artwork will cost you about $4,000. It's worth every penny.
