Gallery: Here's Everything We Can't Wait to See at Comic-Con
Peter McCollough/WIRED01Crimson Peak Guillermo del Toro
After blowing minds with *Pacific Rim*, Guillermo del Toro went back to his horror roots to make the gothic tale *Crimson Peak*. It stars a slew of WIRED faves like Jessica Chastain, Charlie Hunnam, and Tom Hiddleston and promises to look awesome as f\*ck.
Fox02Gotham
Fox's highly-anticipated show *Gotham*, about the cops of Gotham City during the early years of Batman—with Ben McKenzie as a young Jim Gordon and a parade of familiar villains—will screen only once at Comic-Con, followed by an appearance by cast and producers. Be there.
The Weinstein Company03marv
It's hard to believe it's been nine years since the original *Sin City* (the film, not the comic book), so we're drinking in everything we can about the late-August sequel *Sin City: A Dame To Kill For*. For now, exclusive footage and a panel with co-directors Robert Rodriguez and Frank Miller will do nicely.
Starz04Outlander
Diana Gabaldon's *Outlander* fantasy novels, about a woman trapped between two times (and two lovers!) in 18th- and 20th-century Scotland are heading to the small screen, thanks to *Battlestar Galactica*'s Ronald D. Moore—so naturally, the show is headed to Comic-Con.
The CW05The Flash
Three new DC Comics-affiliated TV shows will screen their pilots during the con: *The Flash*, an *Arrow* spinoff about a speedster superhero; *Constantine*, a series about an occult magician; and *iZombie*, a show about a crime-fighting zombie.
NBC06parks-and-recreation-season-6-1
More then six months after Comedy Central greenlit *Moonbeam City*, the cartoon starring Rob Lowe as dumb, handsome cop/criminal Dazzle Novak finally makes its debut. We've been promised a homage to seedy ’80s cop movies, and we *lit-rully* could not be more excited.
Marvel07The Avengers
Warner Bros.08Jupiter Ascending
*Jupiter Ascending* was supposed to be released this summer, but the Wachowskis' latest got pushed back to February, 2015. Hopefully the movie's appearance at Comic-Con will shed some light on what we're waiting for.
Lionsgate09You're Next
Horror is an art of clichés, but the stuff that *really* keeps us up at night presents time-tested tropes in a surprising way. Freak purveyors like Blumhouse vice president Couper Samuelson and *You’re Next* director Adam Wingard will present a Thursday panel to discuss revitalizing the genre and pushing our grotesque tolerances to the limit.
Marvel10Agent Carter
At last year's Con, Marvel and ABC surprised the audience by showing the entire *Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.* pilot during the show's panel. Might they do the same for their forthcoming *Agent Carter*? We hope so!
20th Century Fox11Professor X
To hype the upcoming Blu-ray release of *X-Men: Days of Future Past*, Fox is bringing a [virtual reality version of Cerebro](http://bostonherald.com/entertainment/arts_culture/2014/07/x_men_vr_experience_coming_to_comic_con) to the convention floor. We're still hoping there will be a tease for *X-Men: Apocalypse* in Hall H, but using Oculus Rift to experience the brainpower of Charles Xavier? That might even be better.
New Line12Freddy vs. Jason
In horror, it’s easy to forget the importance of who (or what) is behind those super-killer masks. One Thursday panel brings together a handful of actual forensic psychiatrists along with screenwriter Mark Swift (2009's remake of *Friday the 13th*) to discuss the twisted psyches of movie villains Jason, Freddy, and Michael.
20th Century Fox13Big Trouble in Little China
*Big Trouble in Little China* may be 28 years old, but the comic series is just being born! BOOM! Studios is bringing American hero Jack Burton to life on the page so we can finally jump back on board the Porkchop Express. The series' colorist, writer, and editor will all be on hand for a Saturday panel to talk about what we can expect.
FX14AHS Coven
*American Horror Story: Coven* is coming to Comic-Con for the first time, and it's bringing some heavyweights. Angela Bassett and Kathy Bates will be joined by fellow cast members like Sarah Paulson and Michael Chiklis for a Saturday panel to talk about the next installment of the series, *Freak Show*, which airs this fall.

So far, all we've been promised about *Pixels* is a "video announcement," but we can't help but think we'll learn *something* about the Kevin James/Adam Sandler comedy about a group of old-school gamers who have to save the world from an alien invasion. C'mon, Universal: there's only so much mileage you can get out of Dinklage's incredible mullet.

Warner Bros. says it's bringing the *Mad Max* reboot, which stars Tom Hardy and Charlize Theron, to Hall H. Surely they wouldn't come without *Fury Road* footage, right? Right?!
