Les Shu is an editor at WIRED. Before this, he was a deputy editor overseeing tech product reviews at Business Insider. He has more than 25 years of experience as a journalist and has written and edited stories on consumer tech, travel, health, lifestyle, toys, and more. He has contributed to print and digital publications, including Digital Trends, CNET, The Guardian, Men’s Health, and Men’s Journal. (Fun fact: He started his career at WIRED when Amazon sold mostly books, blogging was in its infancy, and the Aeron chair and the BlackBerry were the tech status symbols.)
