*It doesn't take vast numbers or vast wealth to affect a young technology. While the avalanche is still up there at the snowline, a few zealot cranks can get all kinds of stuff done.
*Wired Design is doing great work in this space. They should probably re-name themselves "Wired Fabrication," because they never drool over that usual design-mag design-fare of candelabras, sinks, carpets and fruitbaskets.
