Getting OSX to run on commodity hardware is no easy feat. Getting it to run on a Sony's UX MicroPC handheld, however, isn't too much trouble at all. The MAC OSUX project stuffs Apple's great operating system into a truly portable machine, and to get it there, all you need is an external DVD player, a copy of OS 10.4, and a patch you can find in the Tubes.
Getting the job done still isn't a cakewalk: you'll need to follow the guide carefully, including entering text commands into the console. A few components are also unsupported, such as the built-in WiFI (USB WiFi dongles work fine), keyboard backlight and camera.
