Representatives from Midway Games and Rapid Reality Studios will serve as judges for the Art Institute Online's Scholarship Contest, which will award two $10,000 scholarships to budding artists who "most successfully demonstrate passion, ability and commitment in one of The Art Institute Online's programs of study."

The panel of judges will decide who actually gets the two scholarships (one goes to an existing Art Institute student, the other goes to a prospective new applicant), but you get to play Simon Cowell and help narrow the field. The public will vote on the submitted artworks and their favorites will move on to the finals.

The Art Institute Online offers a program in Game Art and Design, but the scholarship money can be used towards Interior Design, Web
Design, or any of the other courses that the Institute offers. To be eligible for one of the two scholarships you must be at least 17, have graduated from high school, and be eligible for admission to the Art
Institute of Pittsburgh.

We're getting this news a little late--the call for entries began back on April 18th--but you have until May 11th to submit your work of graphical brilliance. Good luck!
