There's a new trailer out for upcoming Fall release Resident Evil Extinction, and I honestly don't quite know what to make of it. So far, I'm 1 and 1 on the Resident Evil flicks--I found the first one to be great fun while the second one made me want to jam pencils in my eyes. This third one looks like it's sporting a weird kind of Mad Max vibe, but the actiony bits look pretty fun and I'm a sucker for apocalyptic-end-of-the-world-fighting-in-the desert movies, anyway. What any of it has to do with the actual Resident Evil universe is anybody's guess, of course.
