Research and Markets has published a report that says while the PS3 will eventually have the largest install base, it won't have nearly the same impact on the market that the PS2 did, due to the console's late launch in Europe and the 360's sizeable head start. The report also points out that Nintendo remains the leader in competitive pricing strategies, which is a very genteel way of saying that they sell stuff for cheap.
