Toyota has produced a special edition Scion xB that can change colors before your very eyes. The Scion xB R.S. 4.0 (is the a vehicle name or a tax form ID?) is painted in Maziora Torched Penny, a paint from
Nippon Paint that changes from shades of gold to brown depending on the viewing angle.

Nippon uses JDSU's ChromaFlair color-shifting pigment for the trippy effect. Toyota will produce 2,500 of the special edition Scion xB's for the U.S. market. The paint has been out for a few years for specialty vehicles, but now it is becoming an option for mainstream vehicles.

How about a car that changes from dark white during the day (to reflect the sun) and becomes another lighter color at night (so that it can be seen more easily)?
