*Hey wow! That's right! Now that Russia runs almost exclusively on oil revenues, the Russian State doesn't actually need any Russian people! The government could just rename themselves the "Union of Petroleum Socialist Republics," liquidate the entire Russian population (except for imported oil workers), and their national-corporate Kremlin Inc. bottom line would actually IMPROVE!
