The band Ozomatli are seen receiving the Grammy award for best Latin rock/alternative album in 2002 in an AP file photo. Two band members, and its manager, were arrested Thursday by Austin police after -- as the group traditionally does at the end of performances -- leading a conga line out of a club Thursday. The band violated a city noise ordinance, according to police.

The Rising Star Fife and Drum Band from Senatobia, Mississippi is led by 14-year-old Sharde Thomas who plays the fife, keyboards and sings. The band warmed up the crowd before Little Richard spoke to music fans and industry types on Thursday morning.
