Pinochet Under Stress

General Augusto Pinochet is undergoing psychiatric tests after a British court ruled his alleged crimes were beyond the scope of diplomatic immunity. The Times of London reports the decision caused a stress-related disorder in the former Chilean dictator. His lawyers may argue it makes him unable to stand trial. Pinochet was arrested in London last month after a Spanish judge requested his extradition on charges of murder, torture, and genocide.
