Apparently, we'll never know: Jones agreed Friday to accept US$850,000 from Clinton in exchange for dropping her sexual harassment lawsuit. Since the deal absolves the president from either admitting or apologizing for whatever he did or didn't do, that pretty much closes the books on that one.
