The House Judiciary Committee voted Friday to release the videotape of Clinton's grand jury testimony, along with close to 3,000 pages of supporting material, which reportedly lays out further salacious details of the Lewinsky scandal, sex-act by sex-act. The vote comes after a day-and-a-half of debate, which Committee Chairman Henry Hyde (R-Illinois) describes as vigorous but in the spirit of bipartisanship. A number of Democrats dispute Hyde's characterization of the secret proceedings, saying virtually every vote was drawn along party lines.
