Smoking Papers

Minnesota courts aren't giving an inch to the tobacco companies as the state presses its public-health lawsuit against the smoking industry. The courts don't buy the companies' claim that the documents are protected by lawyer-client privilege or are trade secrets. Congress is also stalking the same paperwork.
