Stocks were low after three straight days of huge gains on Wall Street. Despite Greenspan suggesting interest rates will stay unchanged and word that the US GDP grew 4.3 percent in the fourth quarter, the Dow closed at 7906.50, down 66.52, or .83 percent, and the Nasdaq fell 0.13, or 0.01 percent, to 1619.36.
