Jones, Yes; Lewinsky, No

Federal Judge Susan Webber Wright ruled that evidence related to the Clinton-Lewinsky allegations cannot be used in the Paula Jones case against the president. Waiting for such evidence would unduly delay the Jones case, Wright said, and further damage the presidency. Jones' lawyers plan to appeal.
