Tatyana Yeltsin is credited with promoting a less formal style to her father, the Russia president, and he has apparently taken to it. Sunday, Yeltsin greeted Ukraine's Kuchma wearing a sweater. "Informal, eh?" he boasted to reporters. "No neckties! You see, it's Yeltsin who has introduced into world practice these meetings of leaders without neckties, in an informal atmosphere."
