Impeachment Bid

A Georgia Republican is sponsoring a resolution that would call on the House Judiciary committee to begin impeachment proceedings against Clinton. Bob Barr, who says Clinton has abused his office with illegal fund-raising and has obstructed Congressional inquiries, claimed to have the backing of Speaker Gingrich. Gingrich, however, said he merely backed Barr's right to bring forth the resolution.
