The US government denied an ABC News report that American, British, and French commandos are training for a mission to arrest Radovan Karadzic and other leaders of Bosnia's Serbs wanted for war crimes. Bosnian president Biljana Plavsic, meantime, told the Financial Times that Karadzic in June turned down a US offer of safe haven in a third country.
